Social Studies - Passport 

The K–12 Passport to Social Studies curriculum was informed by and integrates aspects of the NYSED Social Studies Framework, Understanding by Design, and reflects the Next Generation Learning Standards. It was designed by New York City public school educators, historians, and other experts and incorporates principles of quality social studies instruction, diversity and multiple perspectives, and the importance of inquiry with the objective of preparing students for a global community.
